About our services
Matrix Wellness offers recovery, longevity and wellbeing therapies. They support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Suitability for any therapy is confirmed at consultation, and we may decline or postpone a session where it is not appropriate for you. We never promise medical outcomes.
Enquiries and appointments
Sessions are by appointment. Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry and not a confirmed booking; a booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you. Please give accurate health and contact information, and tell us of any change in your health before a session.
Payments, packages and cancellations
Prices, package and membership inclusions, validity, rescheduling and cancellation terms are shared with you at the centre and set out in your enrolment documents, which apply alongside these terms. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
