Matrix Wellness is an integrated recovery and longevity sanctuary in Santacruz West, Mumbai, founded by Tiger and Krishna Shroff. It brings eleven science-backed modalities under one roof, whole-body cryotherapy, cold plunge, traditional sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, dry cold float, red light therapy, PEMF, IV and compression, bodywork, EMS and more, delivered privately, with diagnostics and personalised therapy plans. It is not a spa and not a clinic, but a structured wellness ecosystem built on science.

What therapies do you offer?

What is whole-body cryotherapy and is it safe?
Whole-body cryotherapy exposes the body to around −140°C for about three minutes in a precision-controlled chamber. It triggers vasoconstriction, an endorphin release and a systemic anti-inflammatory response; reviews report reduced muscle soreness and inflammation. Sessions are short, supervised and safe for most healthy adults.
What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)?
HBOT delivers pure oxygen inside a pressurised chamber, dissolving up to ten times the normal amount of oxygen into the bloodstream to support tissue repair, reduce inflammation and aid recovery and longevity. Sessions run 45 to 50 minutes.
What is dry float therapy?
Dry cold float suspends you, fully clothed and completely dry, on a cool membrane above a dense pool, a weightless inflammation reset that decompresses the spine, eases muscular tension and calms the nervous system. One of the best therapies for stress, sleep and burnout. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes.
What is PEMF therapy?
PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy uses gentle magnetic pulses to restore cellular voltage and accelerate the body’s natural repair cycle. Clinically validated and FDA-cleared for bone healing since 1979. Sessions are 30 minutes.
What is EMS training?
EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) training uses a full-body suit to drive deep muscle contractions, recruiting type-II fibres efficiently, a 30-minute session can rival a much longer resistance workout for strength and muscle. Supervised one-to-one, 30 minutes.
