The Matrix Wellness centre at Santacruz West, Mumbai and this website (www.matrixwellness.in) are operated by Techfit Health Fitness Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone number, email, city and your message when you fill in an enquiry, booking or franchise form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Client records: if you become a client, the information on your enrolment and consent forms, your doctor's consultation notes, assessment results, session history and payments. Health information is collected only with your consent and is seen only by the clinical and centre team who need it.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand what visitors find useful.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations and appointments.
- To deliver therapies safely, under doctor sign off, and to track your progress.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts and service updates by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To send offers and news, only where you have agreed to receive them.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
WhatsApp, calls and messages
When you share your number with us through a form, at the centre or by messaging us first, you agree that we may contact you on that number, including on WhatsApp, about your enquiry, bookings and services. Promotional messages are sent only with your opt in. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by writing to us, and we will act on it promptly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the centre and this website, such as our form delivery, client management, messaging, payment and hosting providers, and only to the extent they need it to do that work; or where the law requires us to disclose it.
Storage and security
Records are kept on access controlled systems and are available only to authorised staff. We keep information for as long as you are a client or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 may use the centre only with a parent or guardian's consent.
