Hyperbaric Oxygen
Supervised

What happensYou relax inside a private pressurised chamber, breathing pure oxygen, for 60 or 90 minutes. There is a TV and a plush recliner, and you can take your phone in. IHHT, intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training, sits alongside it: altitude-style breathing cycles that condition your cells to use oxygen better.
What it doesUnder pressure, your blood plasma carries far more dissolved oxygen than it does at normal air pressure. That is simple physics, and it is why athletes and longevity enthusiasts build it into their routines.
Good to knowEvery guest is screened by our doctor before a first session. Your ears pop gently as the pressure changes, just like on a flight.
Popular withLongevity routines · heavy training blocks · deep rest
Red Light Therapy
Supervised

What happensYou lie on a full-body bed of warm red light for 30 minutes. It feels like gentle sunshine, without the UV.
What it doesThe light is absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy makers inside your cells. Science calls this photobiomodulation.
Good to knowIt feels like gentle sunshine without the UV, and eye protection is provided. Pair it with the red light face mask for a full skin ritual.
Popular withSkin rituals · post-training · a warm reset
PEMF
Supervised

What happensYou lie back in an enclosed pod with warm jade stones while gentle magnetic pulses run through it. You feel almost nothing; many guests doze off.
What it doesPulsed electromagnetic fields are low-intensity magnetic pulses. With warmth, light and gentle vibration, the pod is built for thirty minutes of total stillness.
Good to knowNot suitable if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device. Our doctor screens every guest before a first session.
Popular withDeep rest · recovery days · switching off
Dry Cold Float
Supervised

What happensFully clothed and completely dry, you float weightlessly on a cool water membrane, like lying on a cloud.
What it doesWith gravity and noise taken away, there is nothing left to do but rest. Your spine is fully supported and the mind goes quiet.
Good to knowYou stay fully clothed and completely dry, in a private room. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes.
Popular withUnwinding · busy weeks · quiet time
Whole-Body Cryotherapy
Supervised

What happensThree minutes in a −140°C chamber, fully supervised. Sharp, exhilarating, and over before you know it.
What it doesThe brief cold makes blood vessels near the skin narrow, then open again as you warm up, with a rush of endorphins. It is the sharpest reset on our floor.
Good to knowGloves, socks and slippers are provided, and a therapist is with you throughout. It is not a fat-loss treatment, and we will never tell you it is.
Popular withPost-training · mood & energy · a hard-week reset
EMS Training
Supervised
What happensYou wear a smart suit that gently activates your muscles while a trainer guides you, one-to-one, for 30 minutes.
What it doesGentle electrical impulses activate your muscles while you move, so a short session feels like serious work.
Good to knowEvery session is supervised one-to-one by a trainer. It works best alongside your own training and nutrition.
Popular withStrength & tone · time-poor training
Compression Boots
Supervised

What happensYou recline while air boots inflate in slow waves from your feet upward, like a rhythmic massage for your legs.
What it doesSequential air pressure squeezes and releases from the feet up. Legs feel light again.
Good to knowA staple in professional sport worldwide, and the easiest add-on after EMS or a long flight.
Popular withTired legs · after travel · recovery days
